Certain prescription medications may require valid prescriptions from a licensed healthcare provider, as detailed during the ordering process.

The information provided on this website is for informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment provided by a qualified healthcare professional. 3.1. Offer to Purchase: Placing an order on the website constitutes an offer by the User to purchase the selected Products. All offers are subject to availability and acceptance by Syper-Drakon.
3.2. Order Confirmation: After receiving your order, we will send an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order. This email is for informational purposes only and does not constitute acceptance of your order.
3.3. Acceptance and Contract Formation: The contract for the sale of the Products is formed only when we dispatch the Products to you and send you a second confirmation email titled "Order Shipped." If we are unable to fulfill your order (e.g., due to stock unavailability or prescription verification failure), we will notify you and cancel the order, offering a full refund if payment has already been processed.
3.4. Prescription Verification: For prescription-only medicines, Syper-Drakon reserves the right to verify the authenticity and validity of any submitted prescription with the issuing healthcare provider before dispensing or shipping the order.
3.5. Pricing: All prices are listed in USD ($) and are subject to change without prior notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time the order is placed and confirmed, prior to shipment.
We accept various forms of payment as indicated during the checkout process. By providing payment information, you warrant that you are the authorized user of the card or account, and you authorize us to charge the total purchase price, including shipping and taxes (if applicable), to that account.
5.1. General Policy: Due to the nature of pharmaceutical products, most items sold by Syper-Drakon are **final sale and non-returnable** once shipped, except as required by mandatory local consumer protection laws or if the item is defective or incorrect.
5.2. Defective or Incorrect Products: If you receive a Product that is demonstrably defective, expired upon arrival (where standard shelf life exceeds the transit time), or different from what you ordered, you must contact us within seven (7) calendar days of delivery.
5.3. Cancellation of Order: Orders can only be cancelled if the request is received before the Order Shipped confirmation email is sent. Once processing begins, cancellations are subject to a processing fee (up to 10% of the order total) to cover handling and restocking costs, provided the order has not yet been dispatched.
5.4. Non-Returnable Items: Items that are not eligible for return include, but are not limited to: Prescription drugs, controlled substances, opened packages, and items where contamination may pose a health risk.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL SYPER-DRAKON, ITS AFFILIATES, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE SERVICE OR THE PRODUCTS.
OUR TOTAL CUMULATIVE LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT PAID BY YOU FOR THE SPECIFIC PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR $100 USD, WHICHEVER IS LESS.
SYPER-DRAKON DOES NOT WARRANT, ENDORSE, OR ASSUME ANY LIABILITY FOR THE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT PROVIDED BY ANY THIRD PARTY. USE OF THE PRODUCTS IS ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ADVERSE REACTIONS OR INJURIES RESULTING FROM THE MISUSE, IMPROPER APPLICATION, OR UNAPPROVED USE OF ANY PRODUCT PURCHASED.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Syper-Drakon and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your breach of any provision of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that the Products purchased caused damage to a third party.
Syper-Drakon shall not be held liable or responsible to you for failure or delay in fulfilling any of its obligations under these Terms if such failure or delay is caused by or results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including, but not limited to: acts of God, fire, flood, war, terrorism, riot, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, acts of government (including denial or revocation of licenses or permits), severe weather events, pandemics, strikes, or other labor disputes, transportation failures, or widespread internet or utility outages ("Force Majeure Event").
In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Syper-Drakon shall use reasonable efforts to resume performance as soon as practicable and shall notify you of the delay.
All content on the Service, including text, graphics, logos, images, software, and the compilation thereof, is the property of Syper-Drakon or its content suppliers and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
Syper-Drakon reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the new Terms on the website or by other means deemed appropriate. Your continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. If you do not agree to the modifications, you must cease using the Service.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction applicable to Syper-Drakon's primary operating location (United States), without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation between the parties. If negotiation fails, any legal action shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the jurisdiction applicable to Syper-Drakon.
If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, the parties nevertheless agree that the court should endeavor to give effect to the parties' intentions as reflected in the provision, and the other provisions of these Terms remain in full force and effect.
